After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1999,  Dr. Milham began practicing in Snohomish County.  In 2004, he opened Milham Family Chiropractic in the Silver Lake area of Everett, WA and has been serving  of the the communities of Everett, Mill Creek, Snohomish, Mukilteo and the surrounding area ever since.  Dr. Milham loves to help people reach their highest health potential not only through natural chiropractic adjusting modalities, but also through educating his patients on how to be healthy.

As a doctor of chiropractic, Dr. Milham is focused on working with the body's own ability to heal by combining the most up to date chiropractic adjusting techniques, spinal rehabilitative therapies and advanced technologies, including the DRX9000 non-surgical spinal decompression table.  By staying current with the most effective chiropractic approaches, Dr. Milham is able to maximize the effective of his care for patients suffering from conditions such as neck pain and back pain, to headaches and migraines, to whiplash injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents, car crashes, work related injures and even disc bulges and disc herniations.

Dr. Milham and Becky, his wife of 13 years have been been blessed with 3 wonderful children, Carson, Eliana and Madison.  Dr. Milham is an outdoor and sports enthusiast enjoying hiking, biking, camping with his family, coaching and just playing with his kids.
